The location was amazing and the view was wonderful. The condo was clean and well appointed. The check-in rules about a 200 fee for being a little early seemed a bit extreme, but we made it work. The managers were super great about something we left behind and met us before we left.

Great place if you don't mind climbing a metal staircase to reach the 2nd room. Honestly that was the only thing that I would change if I could, and that really didn't bother me. The kitchen is fantastic and equipped with almost anything you could need. The location is great in Roche harbor. Book without a second thought.

222 (which just so happens was the address of my childhood home) is very charming and the loft room is so cool and is a retreat for whoever stays up there. Everything was in place and I appreciated the Keurig coffee. We have stayed at Roche Harbor many times at the condos on the hill and this is a great unit for 3 - 5 people. One suggestion would be better directions on how to operate the TV/streaming. I figured it out but some instructions would be helpful. Otherwise a great stay.Ed

We were unaware that we would have a second bedroom in the loft. Not a problem, but we could have had a larger group. We had a very enjoyable and restful stay.

Roche harbor Escape

The property is about a 5 minute walk from the Roche Harbor Marina. I quaint little sqaure with a grocery 3 restaurants and even fresh caught seafood off the docks. Lots of activities and then a nice condo to come back to to hang out on the deck and listen to the sounds of nature. This is a very quiet setting. The property manager went the extra mile to replace a coffee maker that was not working, it was delivered within an hour. Overall a great place to stay and I will be coming back.

Great space and view! Perfect spot to stay for a wedding at Roche Harbor Resort! It’s very light and bright; for longer sleep bring eye masks.
