Located on Seabrook Island, this enchanting house with 6 bedrooms is a dream. With amenities like a large kitchen, two refrigerators, washing machine, whole house Wi-Fi, and private dock on the marsh for enjoying a nice sunrise or fishing for Reds or Flounder, guests will have an enjoyable stay. Even the landscape around the property makes this a unique oasis.
There are 4 distinct bedroom areas that can be closed off to other parts of the house, including the separate Guest apartment over the detached garage. Each bedroom offers a cozy retreat, making it a fantastic choice for large groups or families. The Master Suite includes a separate his and hers full bath.
As part of your stay, you will have access to all the amenities Seabrook Island has to offer. Whether it is golfing on 2 amazing golf courses, tennis, pickleball, horseback riding, multiple restaurants, or you just want to enjoy yourself at the Beach Club pool, they are all available to you as part of your stay. Several more restaurants are available at Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village. Freshfields also has many different shopping options as well as a grocery store.
We are currently having a private infinity pool installed and will have it ready by the start of our rental season - May 2026.

The island is just amazing, with all of the live oak trees and low country charm. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants make it an easy place to vacation or live full time. The various amenities that the club has to offer also make it a truly enjoyable vacation spot.
What makes this property unique
This property is positioned well to take full advantage of the marsh and river views. It is set back from the road to offer the ultimately in privacy. The 33 lights around the property light up the trees at night for an amazing oasis feel. It truly is a unique property on Seabrook Island.
