Spencer Cabin - Summer Pool Access!

Location is only part of this great vacation cabin in the mountains featuring a quiet setting in the trees with a level access.

This 2-story cabin has a cozy living room with wood burning stove, well stocked kitchen without dishwasher, dining area, 4 bedrooms, a loft and 3 baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, each with a king size bed and cable TV. Upstairs also has 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed and cable TV. The Master bedroom also has a VCR. Open loft area upstairs has 2 bunk beds and a twin size sleeper sofa and a TV with VCR/DVD player.

Great place for families with kids. High chair and playpen available. Washer/dryer, microwave, WiFi,Propane BBQ (summer use only). With so many bedrooms on both levels, the Spencer Cabin is perfect for family reunions ! *LIMIT 12 GUESTS**

Only minutes from Bear Valley Ski Resort, Lake Alpine, Spicer Reservoir, and Calaveras Big Trees State Park. There's something to do year-round!

Important Details to Note: Tenant must be at least 25 years old. Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only). Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.
A 2% surcharge (of the transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the 2% c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
NO smoking of ANY kind on the premises (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc.), burning incense or candles, for the health and safety of all. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Violation of our 100% smoke & drug free policy will result in a $350 charge. THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY CABIN. We expect all guests to honor the owner's policy. If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged.
