Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is just a few minutes out of the downtown area. It is surrounded by trees and is a great representation of the Texas Hill Country. There are many walking trails within the neighborhood, a community building with outside performance area that hosts concerts during the summer. Food trucks and craft fairs are held on the weekends. The neighbors are incredible, most being retired or active duty military.
What makes this property unique
The house sits next to a green belt on the west and south side of the house. A giant oak tree overhangs the backyard. There is a backyard patio for lounging and its a short walk away from the gym, poo;, and putting green.
