Stefannie we are sorry we did not meet your expectations. You questioned 2 of the property policies which are stated on the listing. Once maximum occupancy is met, no guest are allowed and the property is shared. We do thank you for your feedback and hope to have the chance to host for you and your family in the future :)

Check in process

Had a great time, lovely place to stay with the family. only complaint is that there was noone on the site to check in with or ask questions and no internet access which made it difficult to communicate with anyone at check-in.
