We were looking for a quite place to relax and unwind for a long weekend and this place was perfect. We sat out by the river and just enjoyed it all. The only that l could suggest is adding some handrails for the outside stairs, for us older people. We will coming back for more peace. Thank you, James & Sandy

We really appreciate your suggestion about adding handrails to the outside stairs, safety is important, and we’ll definitely look into that improvement. We can’t wait to welcome you back for more peace and relaxation!
The house looked great with the updated floors and bathrooms from being there last year. The location on the river is a perfect spot to hang out. Will continue to book.

This property is exactly what we expected. The pictures we're very accurate, the water was slow-moving and clean, and there's an underwater limestone ledge for shallow sitting just before a nice, deep plunge into the brisk Guadalupe. Perfect angle for sunset viewing, too!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness, comfort, and location of the house. It was a pleasure having you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
Nice property right on the river, felt very secluded even though there are other properties nearby. Great place to relax and unwind. Kitchen was lacking some basic utensils for cooking and cookware is a haphazard assortment. Recommend bringing your own if you plan to cook. There also were no kitchen towels and we were told by the property management hotline that is not something they provide.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the peaceful riverside setting and found it a great place to relax and unwind. It truly is a special spot for getting away from it all. We appreciate your feedback on the cookware for the kitchen and the kitchen towels. We are going to get with our staff to make sure the correct amount is there. Regarding the kitchen towels, we will also check with my team regarding that as they should have been left for you to use during your stay. We sincerely apologize about that and your feedback helps us improve. Thanks again for your stay and for sharing your experience, we hope to welcome you back soon!

Kitchen window had cobwebs and dead water bugs. Second bedroom needs to have a closet and dresser. Outdoors wasn't clean. House keeping needs to make sure they leave enough bath towels and kitchen towels. All in all it's a home
