2 BR Cabin - Waterfront location on St. Lawrence River

* PLEASE NOTE: Update June 2021: The water level of the St Lawrence river is lower than normal at this time. Boats will not have necessary water depth to dock at the cabins.

This quaint 2 bedroom cabin is one of two cabins we have available for rent - located steps from the water on the St. Lawrence River.

Completely renovated in June, 2018!!!

Quiet and tranquil, the location is perfect for enjoying river activities and viewing gorgeous sunsets. Swim and boat from the on-site dock.

Private Dock (see note regarding low water depth)

Take a quick trip into Ogdensburg for dinner and a movie!
The Thousand Islands area is a short 20-minute drive - and a must-see! Shopping, restaurants, tour Boldt Castle, etc.

2 Bedrooms - each having one full-size bed

Loft Bedroom with 1 twin bed and couch.

Kitchen stocked with all the necessary small appliances - microwave, coffee maker, etc.
Pots, pans, cutlery provided.

Bedding and towels provided.

Plenty of parking, fire pit with wood, and charcoal grill on-site.

Hot water is provided by a 2.5 gallon heater that isn't capable of providing hot water for a shower of more than 2 minutes. This might work for some, but made my family miserable for our entire stay. If I had known this, I wouldn't have booked the property at any price. Property is generally in poor condition including holes in the exterior siding, water stained ceilings and floors, sloping floors, furniture in poor condition, etc. A barely functional set of cookware, dishes and utensils was provided- not enough bowls, ancient worn non-stick cookware, mismatched yard sale utensils. If I had known, I would have brought my own. Cooling is provided by a small A/C unit in the loft and a portable A/C unit on the ground floor. We didn't use during our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We were disappointed to read these concerns, particularly since our local property managers checked in during your stay and no issues were reported at that time. Had we been made aware of any problems, we would have gladly worked to address them. For clarification, the cabin is equipped with an on-demand tankless water heater, not a 2.5-gallon water heater. We have not received similar feedback regarding hot water from other guests. Our cabin is a renovated riverside property, and we strive to represent it accurately through our listing photos and description. We continuously maintain and update the property and regularly review guest feedback to make improvements. We appreciate all guest comments and remain committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for future visitors.
