Dear Guest,

Upscale Home that sits on 3/4 acre lot in Sturgis that is close to all events for the motorcycle rally. If you have a trailer you won't have to park anything on the street, garage door openers for your convenience, and after a day out you will come back to a great place to cool off and relax so you will be ready for your next adventure.You will have access to all the property, and will have WIFI, TV, Central AIR, deck, patio, office work space, three bathrooms that all have showers and one has a tub, and house has a great laundry room. King bed, two queens, and a double with plenty of sheets, towels, soap, toothpaste. If you want to cook please do. If you want to eat out I will give a list of great places to go for a meal and also places that you can visit here such as Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse and many more. There are fifty lakes within a 100 mile radius of the Black Hills area. I will greet you on arrival and show you around and answer any question you may have and then I will leave you on your own, but if need anything during your stay just send me a text and I will make sure you are taken care of.

Our trip to Sturgis motorcycle rally 2018

The house was very nice and had all the amenities of home. We were displaying our products at the rally, so after working all day long in the heat it was great to have a short trip to the house. We were able to cook our own meals and spend relaxing evenings at our home away from home.

We had a group of friends staying at the house for the ralley, it was a perfect spot. Close to town, shopping, all events and venues. We even contacted the host to ask for an old school Mr Coffee maker and they showed up that evening with one for use to use!! 5 of 5 stars for this jem!

We have a daughter Lanie who has two great sons that we have the privilege to spend a lot of time with, Carter is eleven, Gavin is nine. Living in The Black Hills is always been a great time because of al the things that a person can do .

Why they chose this property

Nice property close to all motorcycle rally events. This home is (5) minutes from main Street where all vendor and
motorcycle dealers and entertainment can be seen. This is one of the nicest neighborhoods is Sturgis.

What makes this property unique

I built this home in 2010 and loved the lot because of the pine trees. Designed the house the way that my wife and I
wanted a house to look and feel. We love this place and you will enjoy your stay and hope that you will come again. If you are going to rent for the motorcycle rally in the month of August the minimum rental is ten (10) days.
