4 bedroom, 2 bath home features all the conveniences of a fully equipped kitchen. Appliances include dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator along with a full-size washer and dryer. Private backyard deck includes table, chairs and BBQ for those quiet evening wind-downs.
During those cooler evenings, cozy up to the toasty gas fireplace, or hang out at the large dining room table that fits all to play games or enjoy a family sized dinner.

What a great house for a nice 70th birthday celebration. The location was perfect for a nice walk downtown to gamble and close to several golf courses we went and tried out.
