Casa Azul: Indoor/Outdoor Living with Ocean View

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. An original San Juan home, this property boasts numerous outdoor living spaces, and a beautiful ocean view. Ocean Park beach is less than a five minute walk from the house. This centrally located property is only 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Condado, and 15 minutes from Old San Juan. With 6 bedrooms and 7 beds, this home is ideal for large groups looking to enjoy the ultimate San Juan experience.

The space

This is one of the most unique and charming homes in San Juan. The main living space comes with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is also a detached bedroom and bathroom in the back by the courtyard. 

The the main living room comes with a 65 inch smart tv on a tilting wall mount.

The kitchen is equipped with all essential cooking and plate ware, as well as utensils, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine. 

The property also comes with in unit washer and dryer. There is an indoor dining room with a view to the courtyard. There is also an indoor/outdoor lounge room with a work desk.

The courtyard features an outdoor dining table covered with a shade sail, as well as a hammock. 

There is a gated, partially covered driveway that can fit up to two vehicles. 

The property is also equipped with a water cistern and backup generator. 

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home and yard. My cohost Kelisin lives nearby, and can assist if needed. 

The home is located in a gated neighborhood, right alongside the ocean. There are a few great restaurants within minutes fo the house. You can either rent a car, or use Uber or taxis to get around the area. 

Other things to note

Much of the home has been kept original. Some of the tile throughout the house may be faded, worn, or scuffed. Please rest assured that the floor is clean, even if there are some marks on it. 

Please note that this is not a hotel or resort, but a private residence. Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability. 

Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and its infrastructure is not like the United States. Power and water outages happen on occasion, though its rare for outages to last more than a couple hours. This property has a backup cistern and generator, but we are not in control of any outages, and cannot offer refunds due to outages. Also, As small wildlife is common in Puerto Rico, you may see some harmless critters near or wandering around the area, such as cats, birds, small lizards, bugs, etc. Wildlife such as lizards and bugs are common throughout the island, especially after a rain or during rainy season. We take preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of encountering these critters. However, if you come across one, it is not out of the realm of possibility, and we cannot offer refunds due to this. The best way to prevent these critters is to properly store away food and dispose of trash.

Early Check in and late Check out are subject to availability. For requested Check in before 12pm, and for late Checkout requests after 12pm, an additional fee will be applied if it can be accommodated. Our cleaning and management team work very hard to ensure a quality experience, so we appreciate your understanding.
