Borgo San Jacopo located on Firenze's Oltrarno area. It is the first street on right handside from Ponte Vecchio. On mid century specially after 12 th century big settlement started. Specially after Renaissance plenty of Tower houses been built. And these houses makes this street very special. Old owners of the apartment which gave the name Angiolieri were one of the strongest families of the city during 12-13th centuries.

Tower-apartment is located in old-town and old city walls were passing next to San Jacopo Sopr'Arno church which is located next to our apartment at 1172. Moreover the history of our apartment goes back to mid 12th centuries.

View of Arno river, Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Porto Rosso Tower , absolutely beautiful relaxing scene.Another benefits of apartment is location. It is close to most main attractions.

From the train station, you can take a bus or a taxi to reach Borgo San Jacopo. Alternatively, you can take a leisurely walk through the historic streets of Florence, which takes approximately 20-30 minutes depending on your walking pace.

If you prefer to take a bus, you can take the bus route C3 towards "Girasole" and get off at the "Dei Guicciardini" stop, which is a few steps away from Borgo San Jacopo.

If you prefer to take a taxi, you can find them waiting outside the main entrance of the train station. The ride to Borgo San Jacopo should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

Overall, Borgo San Jacopo is a well-connected area and is easily accessible from the main train station and other parts of Florence.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

THE CITY TAX 5.50 EUROS PER PERSON PER NIGHT ISN'T INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND IT IS PAID UPON ARRIVAL IN CASH.IT IS NOT APPLIED TO THE CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OLD.

Check in is between 3pm and 9pm. Late arrivals can be accommodated with a fee:
Late Check in between 9pm and midnight= 50€
Late Check in after midnight = 70€ (only on demand)
The late arrival fee are to be paid on arrival.( cash)
