You could not find a better place to stay in Florence! I loved watching the sunrise over the Duomo from balcony & lights of the city at night. Perfect location near everything. Paola & Alfredo are so kind & genuinely care that you have a wonderful stay. I truly can’t think of one negative except the fact that we had to leave this beautiful apartment and amazing city

Stayed 3 nights after our Dolomites hiking trip and it was a perfect end to our vacation. Sitting on the porch with the view was a treat every afternoon/evening. Paola met us and check in was very easy. We easily walked to all the sites and restaurants. Proximity to train was very convenient and also easy to get tram to airport. Florence has a taxi shortage so we were able to walk to taxi line at train station for taxi when we had Fiesole dinner one night. Would recommend and stay again!

Same as all previous reviewers, Paola was an awesome communicator as well as warm and welcoming host. You can trust every recommendation from her! The location was superbly located just 5 minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station, the gateway to most major cities in Italy by fast train, and a hub for local, trams, trains and buses. A/C and lift were lifesavers in 100 degree heat every day. Many guides available to enrich your experience. When we return in cooler weather we will definitely check availability here first! The photographs from the balcony sold us on the property. The actual views are even better! Paola was a great host - plenty of interaction with great recommendations. The location was ideal with a 5 minute walk from the train station. I highly recommend this proptery and host!

Paola was fantastic from the start by meeting us at the train station, making getting there completely painless! She gave us a tour of the property and made sure we felt comfortable with everything and even gave restaurant recommendations before leaving and wishing us a good stay/trip. The property is exactly as described. The view is soooo worth it! Perfectly centrally located to everything my husband and I wanted to do. Super walkable. If you are on the fence, consider this your sign, Book here! Thank you so much Paola & Alfredo. P.S. they even sent us a super cute e-card wishing us a Happy Easter a month before our stay!

Paola met us upon arrival to clearly explain everything about the apartment. It was a very short and easy walk from the train station, even with luggage. The view from the apartment spectacularly displayed Florence.

The apartment was an easy walk from the train station using the directions from our host, Paola. Paola was there to greet us and to give us insights on where to go. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was very good because it was within 20 minutes of walking to the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Mercato Centrale (great food!). The balcony gave us spectacular views of Firenze to enjoy our morning coffee and to relax after sightseeing all day. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and great hosts

This is a great location near train station and short walk to city center. The hosts were terrific. Quick response to our needs and helpful with local activities and advice. The view and patio were unbeatable. The location is away from tourist activity with access to local bakeries and coffee shops. Just what we were looking for.

We had a great time

We stayed in this charming apartment for five days. The apartment was very good for the two of us who could sleep separatet and comfortably. The host was very accomodating and helpful. The location was perfect and so was the view from the balcony. If we return to Florence we will book this again!
