the most major car rental offices are conveniently located on the same street as the apartment or just around the corner – making it incredibly easy to pick up a car and start exploring Tuscany.

If you arrive by car, I suggest you to book a garage in advance because we are in a restricted traffic area. Ask for more info.

The apartment has a beautiful Loggia with table and chairs that overlooks the landscape of Florence.

We can suggest you guided tours in English, French, Spanish and Turkish. Ask in advance, I'll give you a direct contact.

The Train Station is only 4 minutes walk, the Duomo is 8 minutes walk.

We had a great time

We stayed in this charming apartment for five days. The apartment was very good for the two of us who could sleep separatet and comfortably. The host was very accomodating and helpful. The location was perfect and so was the view from the balcony. If we return to Florence we will book this again!

Wonderful apartment!

The apartment is perfectly located to walk just about anywhere you might want to visit. It is cozy, comfortable, and clean. The view is exactly as shown in the pictures… but so much better in person! Our hosts were gracious, helpful and very responsive to all communication. If we ever get back to Florence this is the place to stay!!!!

I just returned from Florence and my third time staying in this apartment. It is spacious, clean and has a wonderful view of the city. The owners, Alfredo and Paola are very helpful and accommodating. There are many small markets, stores, and a great coffee shop close by. It is a five minute walk to the train station and a ten minute walk to many of the city sites. All in all, I find it a perfect place to stay and I look forward to another visit.

Beautiful apartment with a fabulous view

We stayed in this very clean, well equipped, spacious apartment for 4 weeks and every day we took time to enjoy the amazing view! Paola and Alfredo are fantastic hosts meeting us at the tram stop to guide us to the apartment. Then showing us the specifics of the apartment and providing us with lots of fabulous suggestions for our time in Florence. They were very quick to respond to any questions.The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals if you so choose. There is a grocery store, bakery, fabulous fish monger and fresh pasta shop very close to the apartment. The Train station and bus terminal are only a short walk away.We would highly recommend this apartment to our family and friends and would definitely stay here again if we return to Florence.

If we ever come back to Florence, we will stay here. Communication with both Paola and Alfredo was excellent. The apartment is a very easy and short walk from the train station. Alfredo was already at the apartment to greet us and was very helpful, friendly, and informative! The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The view is spectacular! Alfredo even came to say goodbye before we left. Wonderful place, absolutely no complaints.

Absolutely amazing view and couldn't have asked for a better location!!

The view is what sold me on staying at this apartment and as soon as we arrived I was blown away. I think I spent the most time in the terrace just soaking in the city. The rest of the apartment was really cute and the king size bed was a plus and also super comfortable!! Everywhere we wanted to go and see was within a 10 min walk to the apartment so it made it really easy to explore Florence! The hosts, Paola and Alfredo were wonderful and responded to any messages very quickly and we're there to meet us at check in and check out. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence. Wish I could go back now

Great Apartment in a great city!

Paola's apartment was truly a wonderful place to call home for the five nights we just spent in Florence! It is situated on the top floor of the building and the views of the city are incredible, exactly as shown in the photos on VRBO. The apartment is a good size and with three people in the unit, we never felt crowded and had plenty of space. We walked everywhere as the unit is very conveniently located so easy to reach Il Duomo, Uffizi, Palazzo Michelangelo, and all the other important sites. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and several car rental offices right around the corner. We rented a car for a day trip to Siena, San Grimignano, and Pisa, and we had absolutely no trouble driving on the roads & highways. If our travels take us back to Florence we would definitely book this apartment again.

Great apartment

The description of the rental was accurate as were the pictures. The pictures don't do the view justice though; it is amazing! Loved that the apartment was bright with good air circulation. Bathroom is large compared to most with a tub with shower, washing machine and cabinet with shelves where we could put our toiletries. We were four adults (family) and had plenty of room and seating. Loved the terrace! The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The owners were very responsive and professional. There are places to get fruit, food, drinks, wine, breakfast, lunch and dinner within a block. Maso restaurant across the street was good and conveniently located for a rainy night or when really tired! The apartment was a short walk from the train station which was nice with the luggage.

Location, view and wow

So glad I booked this apartment. I looked at all the previous reviews and thought can it be that good. Well the answer quite simply is YES!! Better than the images and much bigger. The hosts had thought of everything. We could not find one thing to be negative about. The aircon was essential as so so hot in Florence when we stayed. The balcony was our haven for breakfast and evenings. Superb views and being 6 floors up fairly quiet. They even left a couple of surprises for us. 5 minute walk from station and very easy to find. Instructions were perfect. Great restaurant downstairs, Maso. So close to everything and only 2 minute walk from the river. Dont hesitate just book. Thank you Alfredo and Paola.

The apartment was an easy walk from the train station using the directions from our host, Paola. Paola was there to greet us and to give us insights on where to go. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was very good because it was within 20 minutes of walking to the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Mercato Centrale (great food!). The balcony gave us spectacular views of Firenze to enjoy our morning coffee and to relax after sightseeing all day. We would definitely stay here again!

Paola and her husband warmly greeted us personally at the apartment giving is a tour and then spent time giving us plenty of useful information on restaurants and places to visit while we were there. Perfect views and kind hosts

This delightful apartment is the perfect place to enjoy Florence’s most important iconic masterpieces. The check in process was easy as our host was there to greet us. The apartment was even more beautiful than the listing. The views were amazing and the amenities were more than ample for our needs as just two adults but we could see there being ample accommodation for more than two adults. Family trip to Florence

We had a great time visiting Florence and the apartment with spectacular views from living room and huge balcony made the experience even better. The apartment is spacious, has all the amenities needed to comfortably rest after day of exploring the city. You can cook your own meals right in the apartment or visit one of many surrounding restaurants. The location is great, train station is literally 6 minutes away (walking) and all the main tourist attractions are also within short walking distance. Our host, Paola was great. She met with us when we arrived, showed us around and gave us some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Thanks again Paola for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment and enjoy spectacular views of the city.

Incredible View!

I cannot speak highly enough about all of the special little touches that Paola made sure to include in her apartment. From the bright and beautiful decor, to the espresso machine, olive oil from their family grove, bottle of wine, and every necessity to accommodate a family away from home-she has thought of it all. The view...what a dream. We spent hours on the balcony, just soaking in the view and sounds of Florence. We loved the proximity to the train station and that it was not in the most crowded part of the city center.

Amazing Apartment
