The elegant two-storey townhouse has an open plan living area, al-fresco dining on a covered terrace, a fully-outfitted kitchen, and is air-conditioned throughout. The three bedrooms (each with their own en-suite bathroom) are all located on the upper floor, while the main living areas are on the ground floor. Every bedroom is outfitted with an air-conditioner and ceiling fan for your comfort, and the master bedroom enjoys their own private terrace - a great spot for a morning coffee or sundown cocktail. Parking is free in your private garage attached to the townhouse should you choose to rent a car!

There is a communal pool and small fitness room located in the Falls development.

Located within easy walking distance of The Falls 10, our guests also enjoy membership at The Beach House in Holetown, which offers direct beach access, a swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas, and a beachfront restaurant and bar.

We just returned from a wonderful family Christmas vacation. Everything was exactly as described perfect location and exactly what our family was looking for. One of many great family memories, were the pack of monkeys that showed up at back patio while having breakfast. I highly recommend a stay at the Falls!

Probably the best place we have ever stayed Everything was in good condition with a highly functional kitchen with everything you needed The only thing wrong was the photo showing the swimming pool makes you think the pool was outside of your own back door but it was a separate swimming pool area but was also very clean and furnished lovely

Safe, clean, spacious, excellent vacation home!

Wonderful, clean, spacious home with everything we needed! Plenty of room for 6 of us. Walking distance to the beach, pool and many fantastic restaurants in Holetown. Beach Club pool access was perfect. Excellent support and communication from the management team! Felt very safe and secure in the gated community with a gate attendant on duty 24/7 - and they were all very friendly ands welcoming!

I would give this property a 2/10, and that’s only because the location was great, otherwise it would have been a 1. Property manager was fine during the pre-arrival process. Sent an email to BLS during my stay, none of the issues were acknowledged and the response I got was that someone would come look. No day/time of when I could expect someone and no follow-up on whether my issues were remediated. As a frequent visitor to Barbados, I would hesitate to use BLS again. Now, my issues: - linens were old, faded and very ratty looking - towels had holes - drain cap in master shower was off - stove and oven didn’t work - place needs a big refresh Definitely not luxury.

Your feedback is instrumental in helping us improve our services. As our team wrote to you recently, the property manager came to the property three separate times to help and also tried calling the house phone. Our team also sent an email with the time that they’d be visiting. Regarding the stove and oven, as mentioned the switch labelled above the stove needs to be flipped for both to work. We regret any confusion. Similarly, all linens and towels were replaced and refreshed in December to maintain a high standard. We apologize for any lapses in communication during the resolution process. Your concerns were indeed acknowledged, and our intention was to promptly address them.

Located well within walking distance of Holetown and the Beach House, about 15 minutes. Also good walking on the Sandy Lane property roads. The townhouse was roomy and comfortable with ensuite baths for each bedroom. Air conditioners worked well in the kitchen and bedrooms, although the ones in the bedrooms are dated and all work from only one remote. The decor is dated and the outdoor furniture on the downstairs patio is tired and should be replaced. The dining room chairs outside are not that comfortable. I found the property management inefficient. We did not receive our Beach Pass for 4 days, but the dishwasher broke and was fixed quickly, the curtain rod fell off and was put back up but not repaired so it fell down again, for lack of privacy in the bedroom which was an issue. When the TV stopped working they did not respond to a request to fix it. Texts and calls were not answered. Other than the property management it is a good rental that could use some updating but still quite comfortable.
