Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 3 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
The unit features one highchair and portable crib.
If you need additional, the items listed below are available upon request, $40 per item + tax

Parking: Upon arrival, please stop by the office to purchase your parking pass and pick up your wristbands for pool access.
Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 7 days a week (closed on holidays).
If you arrive after hours, please visit the office the following morning to obtain your pass.
Parking Fees (paid directly to The Dawn and not included in your booking):
Parking Information:
Parking fees are charged by the HOA and vary by length of stay:
1–3 nights: $40
4–7 nights: $50
8+ nights: Additional $10 per night, capped at $100
30+ nights: $100 for the first month only (must re-register monthly)
A small credit card processing fee will also apply.
New rates effective September 2, 2025.
Codes: Fitness Center, Pedestrian and Drive-Through Gate Access codes will be provided along with your check-in instructions.
The walk-in gate is closest to the condo and located on the Seawall, one parking lot west of the office.
The drive-thru gate is accessed off the street on the west side of Walmart. After entering, go all the way to the end, turn left and park by the exit gate. Alternatively, there is another turn just before the end with parking that is closer to the condo (if spots are available), though it requires walking up a few steps.
