Sheets were covered in dog hair and loose dirt, bought new at the store to use while we stayed. The air conditioner did not work in the kids room the entire stay. The house moved quite a bit with just kids walking around. Games were great, internet worked great, and parking was nice.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We take cleanliness very seriously, and all sheets, comforters, and linens are professionally laundered and changed between every guest. Had we been made aware of any cleanliness concerns during your stay, we would have gladly addressed them immediately. Regarding the air conditioner, we were not notified of the issue during your stay. Unfortunately, it appeared that a storm had caused an unexpected HVAC problem, and because we weren’t informed , we weren’t able to send someone out to resolve it. We always encourage guests to contact us right away so we can address issues as quickly as possible. As for the home’s movement, beach houses built on elevated pilings do have some natural movement, particularly when people are walking around inside, which is common for homes in our coastal community. We appreciate your positive comments about the games, internet, and parking, and we’ll continue working hard to provide a great experience for future guests.

This was our 3rd stay! This property has it all for a quick family get away. A quick walk to the beach or short ride into town, this house is conveniently located for everything. We really enjoy the light.and airy feeling of the house and hanging out on the deck or porch swing. It has everything we needed for a week's stay. The owners are wonderful and quickly reply to all messages. We will be back again.

We had a wonderful time at the Blue Crush beach house. The house was easy to find and just a 2–3-minute walk to Sunny Beach. The place was very clean and well located away from the busy side of Galveston. We definitely will stay there again in the future.

Awesome house with all the necessities you need for an extended getaway. Closest to town, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to the beach.
