It combines "Old Florida" charm and character with modern sophistication and style: modern stainless appliances, a new kitchen, new fixtures, new flooring, new bath, new doors and windows mixed with antique furniture and vintage accessories for a truly one-of-a-kind beach experience! The two bedroom, two bath cottage makes this an ideal location for two couples to really enjoy this vacation getaway.
The home is meticulously appointed and well-stocked with all kitchen utensils and pots and pans…everything you need for an gourmet meal or a casual bayside breakfast on the deck.
The front porch, overlooking the bay, has comfortable seating, an outdoor dining table and a comfy seating area perfect for relaxing with a good book. A hot tub on the deck is perfect for relaxing under the stars. There is also a bathroom outside in this self contained outdoor entertainment area. This cottage offers you an authentic "old Florida" beach experience with modern comfort and style!

Pet Policy - pet-friendly with $100 non-refundable fee per pet. (Some breeds are not permitted due to insurance limitations.)
