Beautiful location right on the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was large. Overall the place felt very safe. There is some construction going on but we couldn't hear it while in the unit. It is about a 15 minute golf card ride north of town so it's a little more secluded but still close to some good spots for eating. The host was quick to respond when I had questions and checked in on us throughout the stay.

This is a beautiful property in a great location and I will stay again in the future. Very modern. There is some construction next door but the noise is minimal and only during the day. Greg was a great host. 10/10 would recommend staying here for your trip to Belize.

We had an amazing stay! We had some hiccups in the beginning but Greg took care of everything for us! The place was clean and just as beautiful as the pictures. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Definitely get a golf cart because the vbro websites location isn’t exact but the location is actually better. It’s about 12 mins in a cart from the center of town but the restaurants out that way were great and beach is so much nicer in the morning without all the tourists.

The listing vs. reality for this newer modern condo. (1) the location is NOT in San Pedro but 15-20 min drive north next to Aji Tapa Bar. A golf cart is a must! But there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. (2) The beach was not useable as pictured on the listing. (3) the “rooftop pool” is over this 1st floor condo and is only 8 inches deep. The deeper pool is nice but has no view. (4) in an ACTIVE construction zone!! The entrance changed without warning 3 times in a week. Although the management team was very responsive, we had problems with the air conditioning, repeated refrigerator warning lights, a clogged shower drain, and keyless entry not working. No supplies (toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc.) are provided. There are no hair dryers. Don’t book during sargassum season as the stench prevents using the outdoor patio. With some small tweaks (nicer linens, a toaster, oven mitts, basic supplies, artwork) this condo could be great when construction is further along.

The area has a lot of hidden restaurants so don’t be afraid to travel off the beaten path. There are many hidden gem. It’s a very safe and friendly area.
