The host was very kind and welcoming. The home was spacious and the perfect setting for our celebration weekend. Everyone had their own space and we had multiple spaces for group activities. We enjoyed our time and appreciate the hospitality.

I've stayed in many rentals over the years and Kay was, by far, the most responsive host of all, from the reservation process all the way through check-out. We reached out with a couple questions, and she was quickly very helpful. The home is quite spacious and was a great choice for our large group. We were hoping to ride our bikes, but due to a Nor'easter, we were inside most of the weekend and there was plenty of comfortable space for all of us to play games, eat, listen to music, and chat together in the same room!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Everything was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. The location was excellent and very convenient, the house was spotless, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It truly met all of our expectations from start to finish. Communication with the host was also great. Very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay. We really appreciated how clean, well maintained, and accurately represented everything was. Overall, a perfect experience. Definitely a 10/10 stay, and we would happily stay here again!

The house easily accustomed 14 people, was properly heated, and the communication with the host was great, and she curteously allowed late check-out. Water pressure was mediocre, and there were many ladybugs inside the house. Overall, good value for money.
