TERRIBLE!! DO NOT RENT! House is in a terrible part of town, the outside is overgrown and unkept. Brick columns by the driveway were falling down. House was filthy. Dirty floors, dirty windows, dirty socks and dead insects next to the couch, closets filled with cobwebs, handprints on the stairway walls, muddy boot prints in the bathroom. On top of all of it A SNAKE CAME OUT OF THE BATHROOM SINK!!! A live snake!! Immediately contacted the host and was not only denied a refund but called a liar. He claimed he walked through after the cleaners and it was spotless. It was probably his muddy footprints in the bathroom! We stayed a total of about 2 hours and packed back up and went to a motel 6 for the night. This place is horrific, the host is a conman, and this property should be permanently delisted from VRBO!

The house is in a terrible neighborhood we did not feel comfortable staying there and ended up getting a hotel. The owner should be more up up front about the location of the house and the condition of the house. Unfortunately I did not see the reviews from people that have stayed there until after I booked and was unable to be given a refund.

Property not as described. 2 story home with no AC on second floor and turning on the ac “full blast” does not resolve the issue. Broken brick and glass columns entrance way, grass knee high with glass in the yard, neighborhood homes with trash and broken down cars, backyard has building/shed with broken door and windows, doorways and windows with wooden shims/framing that are wet inside leading to cracks to see through to outside. Window seals are dirty and wet inside, multiple level of sub floor with soft spots throughout the house. Steep stairs to second floor(not mentioned in description) has hand rail coming out of the wall, used bar soap left in bathrooms, floors not clean, pots and pans(single serve) had caked on grease, no sponges to wash dishes just microfiber rags. Microwave runs but does not heat. All spoken about with owner but was told would not get fees back opened case with VRBO and did not get a response the entire length of the booking Vrbo 140774617 [ ref:!00DC00PxQg.!500PE0RtZ8w:ref ]
