Thank you for your feedback, Doug. We provide starter supplies, including soap, to help guests get settled upon arrival. While we are not a hotel with unlimited daily amenities, we always want our guests to be comfortable during their stay. Had you let us know you needed more soap, we would have been more than happy to bring additional supplies. I always check in with my guests during their stay to make sure everything is going well and that they have what they need. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope you otherwise had a wonderful visit.
