This is a nice house with some shortcomings. Beds were all small for two people. They should be larger. There are multiple TVs but functionality is questionable. There is no dining room table near the kitchen and only 3 barstools so dining together is a challenge. The cooktop has crazy safety controls and needs a guide taped to the wall. We had to look it up online just to cook. They need to throw away the sofa in the front room and replace it with a table. The dock has no lights (they are all shorted out) and the gate is falling apart. There was a bad gas leak in the upstairs patio kitchen that we discovered. It could have easily burned the house down had we not found it and turned the gas off. The patio room with this grill is enclosed with no ventilation which is dangerous already.The upstairs game room has the TV on the far end by the pool table which makes it difficult to see and control. If the couch and Pool table locations were reversed, it would be much better or just put the TV down by the couches where it should be. The couches are L shaped but not connected so if you sit in the corner, you fall through. You also had to point the remote at one wall to control part of it and the cable box at the other end of the room to control the other part. It made no sense. The view is great and the neighborhood safe and quiet. It is in a good location and convenient to a lot of things. The house would be spectacular with a little revision. Management company was great.
