One of the best propertied we have stayed in! Host is very responsive to questions during your stay. Plenty of beach/pool accessories. Second refrigerator in laundry area is helpful. Expect to run master tub faucet to drain out sedimented water before filling tub. (Non-Floridians can research normal water coloration for this area). The upstairs master shower jets are a highlight. Huge 8 burner gas stove was another highlight for making breakfast for our large family. The sofa and EVERY bed are of great quality and so comfortable. Some guests may see the docked boat owners/crew frequently esp since their entry/dock walkway share a side garage-driveway area. (You will park in front driveway). This lack of complete privacy did not diminish our pool fun, however. The pool table brought daily fun for teens and adults. The TVs are huge and perfect for group movies or sports. Too much goodness to say here. Enjoy!
