Guests will have full access to the entire home upstairs, including all 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, and the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area.

The property features self-check-in with lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience. Street parking is available, and public transportation is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore all that San Francisco has to offer.

We will share the front entrance/foyer with you as we live in the downstairs part of the building. Rest assured you have your own private entrance to upstairs for which you can lock the door.

While we live downstairs, we respect your privacy and strive to give you the space you need during your stay. However, we’re always happy to say hi or answer any questions you may have. Feel free to reach out if you need anything—whether it’s a local recommendation or help with something around the house!

We live downstairs, so the foyer is a shared space between us. However, you’ll have your own private, locked door to access the upstairs where your accommodations are located, ensuring you have plenty of privacy. We’re happy to say hello or assist with any questions during your stay, but we’ll respect your space and privacy throughout.
・No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
・Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 8am
・No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
・No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
・The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
・No pets allowed (if you have a service animal, we would like to know as we have pet allergies)
・Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
・Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
・Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
・During your stay of 30 days or more. If electricity & gas go over a total of $100 and water & trash go over a total of $50, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, we wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills.
・Please consume or take all leftover food and do not leave extras out of the fridge. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
・No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
・Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, we have small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...should be flushed down the toilet)
・Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
・A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
・On check-out, if property has a key, return it to the lockbox. There is a fee for misplaced keys, or for keys left in the unit.
