Nestled in one of the city’s classic lower flats, this three-bedroom, one-bath gem has been thoughtfully designed to capture the vibrant spirit of Detroit. With a touch of historic vibes, this house blends rich textures, and a modern yet soulful aesthetic, creating an atmosphere perfect for relaxing, socializing, or exploring the city.
Located just minutes from downtown, this property offers easy access to Detroit’s cultural landmarks, vibrant arts scene, and renowned dining. Whether you’re biking along nearby trails (we have one just two doors down by the way) visiting iconic museums like the Detroit Institute of Arts, or catching a game at Little Caesars Arena, you’re never far from the action.
