Fully equipped, your Villa accommodations have paddle fans and available air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes cutlery, dishes, a coffeemaker, a toaster, an ice maker fridge, and microwave oven, etc. Twice weekly maid service is included.

Your accommodation features high ceilings clad in rich tropical woods and is complimented with imported ceramics throughout. Relaxing in Paradise

This is my second stay at Villas Casa Loma. Although there are plenty of options for accommodations around beautiful Flamingo Beach, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. The property is beautiful and the owners are on site and always willing to help with whatever you need. From the private front porch of my Villa, I was able to enjoy gorgeous sunsets into the Pacific Ocean every night. The pool is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. If your interested in venturing off to the many outstanding sights in the area, the owners have all the answers. They will help with scheduling any of your activities. Villas Casa Loma is my favorite place to unwind and I will be back as soon as I can get there.

There is always something to do in and around Villas Casa Loma ! Starting from the open and spacious enclosed living areas, extending out to the large terraces, pools, gardens, unsurpassed ocean vistas, mountain views and spectacular sunsets. Active guests enjoy the close proximity to excellent hiking, horseback tours, scuba diving and birding excursions, zip line tours and sightseeing to mention only a few options... For the sedentary life, nothing could be more comforting than just to lie on a chaise under the palms or a palapa reading, visiting with other guests or just vegetating in the clear ocean breezes... We as owners are constantly on the lookout for things to do that will meet the specific needs of our guests and really appreciate your comments... Thanks for the kind Review. This is what life should be all about ...

This is what life should be all about ... Getting a family of 5 teens plus parents to agree on anything is just about impossible! However, we all came to the same conclusion after spending our vacation at Villas Casa Loma. The solution to our vacation dilemma was to rent a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath villa in Flamingo Beach overlooking the marina area. The villa was just about perfectly suited for our needs. The massive upper level - with huge kitchen, living/dining room, master bedroom and very spacious covered L-shaped and open terraces opening off of the bedroom and living room were just the ticket for family meals and get-togethers. The well appointed terrace became our preferred 'family room' overlooking the marina area! Downstairs, there were two separate bedrooms with walk-in closets, private bathrooms and lovely views of the gardens, ocean and swimming pool. One of the bedrooms also had a well-equipped kitchen with pass-through to a poolside breakfast bar - very convenient. Proximity to Flamingo, Brasilito, Tamarindo, Surfside, etc. is a big plus. There are such a wide variety of restaurants featuring foods from just about everywhere in the world, making the location perfect for a hungry family of 7. A supermarket is just around the corner. As well, there are quite a few medical clinics, pharmacies and dental clinics in the area. Our needs were well served. Close to the Villas are a variety of fishing charters, surfing shops, dive shops, three world class golf courses, tennis courts and excellent tour companies.Never a dull moment for us! Thanks to our hosts Tom and Igor for the many excellent suggestions and for providing us with a perfect set-up for a memorable vacation. Anna Maria

Hola Ana Maria ~ Well! You sure covered a lot of territory in a relatively short period of time... Congratulations!! All the activities you managed to accomplish in Costa Rica, plus a few days spent visiting Granada and Managua, Nicaragua. (A major planning coup for you with so many varied family interests to deal with! ) From offshore fishing to surfing lessons and sunset cruises, you managed to cover a lot of territory. Next time, bring your tennis equipment along with golf clubs and your obviously keen senses of adventure. As you have discovered, there is a myriad of things to see and do here - just moments away from our secure property! Wonderful and varied food. Great facilities and services, too! Endless, fun, activities for all ages! Next time you must plan a day trip to the Nicoya region and beaches. It is a real eye-opener! (Educational - and stunningly beautiful, too!) Fantastic Trip

My Mom, Sister and I were beyond fortunate to stay at Tom and Igor's remarkable property and our trip could not have been more perfect. Villas Casa Loma was hands down one of the best places we have stayed and believe me I have rented many properties thru VRBO and I do not hand out 5 star reviews lightly. From the moment we set foot on the grounds we knew we had found our home away from home. This was before we even entered our private villa. The villa itself was beautiful and comfortable and the views were spectacular from every door and every window. Views of the lush landscapes of the grounds, to the jungle behind and below the villa, and the ocean, marina and bay to the west. We lived on our villa's remarkable covered terrace! I have never seen more diverse flora and fauna anywhere than on their property. Lovely pathways link all the villas and pools together, yet they are all well placed to give each villa nice privacy and views. The most memorable gifts this property offered had to have been the sounds of the jungle each morning and evening. The birds, howler monkeys and tree frogs make the greatest music! Stunning to see and even more amazing to hear. The location was exceptional, just far enough away from the main part of town but not so far that you could not get anywhere you needed to go in a matter of minutes. We rented a car which made life so easy during our stay as well as enjoyed some greats tours with EcoTrans. Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with before and during our stay and hands down one of the nicest people we have ever met. You can tell he and Igor have put their heart and souls into their property and it shows everywhere. His entire staff were wonderful especially Willy who always greeted us each day with a big smile and kept the pools sparkling. We miss our little feline friend Cali. August is an incredible time to visit Costa Rica, the afternoon storms were breathtaking. Some of the most amazing thunder and lightening shows we have ever witnessed. Wow, did they generate some stunning sunsets! This was an incredible adventure and a place we will never forget. We cannot thank you enough for such a magical stay.

It is always a pleasure to have interesting and interested guests here - and you all were certainly no exception ! Things have changed a little bit here since August... The gravel road (complete with potholes !) has been paved at last, making it a real pleasure to drive to neighbouring settlements and beaches such as Potrero and Las Catalinas... Being a bit away from the more built-up areas still offers great rewards (peace and quiet) with the convenience of easy access to the wonderful beaches of the area... There is so much to see and do here! The old settlement of Nicoya, with examples of early Spanish Colonial architecture, for example, is within an easy drive or our compound. The market town of Santa Cruz is even closer...A unique coffee growing area can be found just south of Nicoya, along with some of the best natural tropical honey to be found anywhere... Just a couple of the many fascinating things to do and see in the area... EcoTrans is still our favorite choice for planning spectacular tours and we are really happy to have them located so close to us in Flamingo Beach... As you have discovered, our property is designed to make the most of the views while catching the gentle breezes and allowing excellent privacy and security. Nature is always only a glance away ! At the moment birds are busily nesting in the palms around the upper swimming pool and our resident parrot is singing and talking - and even laughing - to the amusement of our guests here... Why they chose this property

After travelling extensively through many countries of the world, we came to Costa Rica for the first time 30 years ago and instantly fell in love with the nature, people, flora and fauna of this gentle country. More than 30 years ago (1989) we purchased a very large natural preserve nestled above the Pacific Ocean in the very sleepy, quiet community of Flamingo Beach in the Pacific North-Western province of Guanacaste. We never looked back - never regretted this decision. In fact, we started by building our first house. Then a guest house, followed by a pool. Before we knew it, we had designed and built a unique complex of beautiful Villas with 2 large pools - all built with the highest regard for their tropical surroundings and natural setting. From every window or terrace, one can appreciate the magic of Nature. It has been very rewarding personally for us to create this unique little corner of Paradise!
