Very nice place with plenty of room for hanging out and relaxing :) All rooms were spacious, very clean and loved the two decks! And the quick walk to the beach and boardwalk was great!

Amazing house and location for our Jersey Shore holiday! The home is better than described and photos don’t do it justice. It was super clean, had everything we needed and Michael was very attentive with communications and information helpful to our stay. The home is perfect for a family with spaces for everyone - our kids loved the game room and the outdoor spaces were incredible (especially the rooftop deck). The location is also convenient, walkable to beach, boardwalk, waterpark and much more. We will definitely consider this home for future shore holidays!

We had a fantastic stay! The location couldn’t be better, just a quick walk to the beach & boardwalk. The house was spotless, spacious, and gave everyone plenty of room to spend time together or spread out and relax when needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, the house was well-stocked with linens (super soft!), towels, and amenities, and the rooftop deck was a favorite spot for relaxing - - also provided prime viewing for Seaside’s firework show!Michael was a wonderful host with great communication before and throughout our stay whenever a question came up. Overall, it was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We’d happily stay here again or at another property managed by the Breezy team.

Property was better than expected. Photos really don't do it justice. Lots of room to spread out. Rooftop deck is fabulous. Perfect for the number of people. Close walk to the beach and other activities never had a drive

We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again! The property is extremely well maintained. All linens, towels and supplies are top of the line. Our host communicated frequently prior to our stay and was accessible during our stay. Each of the bedrooms had plenty of room and the bathrooms were well arranged with added amenities. The only regret we have is we stayed here in winter and weren't able to take advantage of the outstanding upper deck. I could go on and on and how wonderful our stay was but I'll run out of time and space.

Amazing house 10 minute walk to the beach

The house was great. Beds super comfortable. Clean. Stocked with everything. We had 6 and plenty of room. Rooms to have some alone space as well as areas to spend time together. Loved the rooftop view and sitting area. Great walkable restaurants, 5 minute drive to additional restaurants in Lavallette. Boardwalk 2 block walk. Would definitely rent again.
