Why they chose this property

I stayed here in vista vela last year. Loved the location. How close to town. The view of the ocean. Can walk to Costco or the sorianna or take the hill up the road to a lot of restaurants

What makes this property unique

I made the house the way I thought I would like it. From the turf on the roof so you don’t slip and fall getting out of the jacuzzi. To the fans on the roof so you can stay cool if it’s hot. Firepit out back to converse with friends and family. I tinted the windows in the house when I was in the pool and could see the cleaner cleaning the place and thought I don’t like that and others probably wouldn’t either. I put a desk in the laundry room so you could have a separate place to work so when you’re done, vacation time is separate from work place. Can grill on the back patio while the kids play in the common area right outside the the patio. Or walk down to the pool. Mi casa es tu casa
