The house was perfect to have stayed for our son’s wedding weekend. We were able to have 5 groomsmen stay with us and let some much needed catching up with my son and his best friends. Also, we were able to host a large group of people 40 for a Sunday brunch after wedding. great house, comfortable, open, nice outside area to hang out.

Great location. Beautiful fenced in yard. My only complaint was that it was advertised as having 3 king beds and one was only a full sized bed. Otherwise our stay was perfect!

Nikki and Family were outstanding guest. No issues or concerns and followed check out as instructed in the booklet. I hope to have them back as returning guest for any future NE stays.

Host was excellent. Beds for the listing should be updated to 2 kings, 1 double and 2 twins. Double Bed was not comfortable for an adult. Wished the back porch would been cleared or cleaned up. Wasn’t able to use the two blowers in the garage to do it ourselves. Unable to get them working. Loved the large table near the kitchen for meals and game playing. Could use less plugin air fresheners. Overall good stay for our family!

The host was friendly and made an effort to ensure we were comfortable during our stay, which we appreciated.There were a few issues that impacted our experience. The address and entrance instructions were somewhat confusing, and we never received a welcome email with access information or house rules. The property was not as clean as we expected upon arrival, and basic kitchen items such as towels and sponges were not there, but host delivered them after our request. The bathrooms did not have towel racks, which made it difficult to hang towels during our stay. The downstairs bedrooms were very cold and appeared unfinished compared to the rest of the home.While we appreciated the host's efforts and hospitality, there is definitely room for improvement to make the property more comfortable and guest-friendly.
