The Mermaid Cottage! Centrally located, pool, and loaded with extras!

Enjoy a fun coastal experience at this Brunswick County NC centrally-located home! With a neighborhood pool, outdoor dining and activities in the backyard, your stay at The Mermaid Cottage will have you wanting to come back here each year! Area beaches are just a few minutes away as well as top rated golf courses, public pickle ball courts, excellent local restaurants, shopping and more!

This home is brand NEW and has been tastefully decorated to fit our coastal theme! As you enter the home you will make your way into the large living space. A huge sectional couch, sleeper sofa, board games, and SmartTV make this a great place for everyone to hang out. This space is open to the fully loaded kitchen through a dining area where there is a hightop table. The kitchen has a large island with barstool seats and easy access to the backyard!

The primary bedroom is spacious with a Queen Beds, Plenty of storage, and an Ensuite. The ensuite has a large double vanity and beautiful walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom is also equiped with a queen bed and a great place to unwind. Down the hall there is another full bathroom, storage with some beach essentials, and a laundry room.

Outside there is plenty of parking and spaces to enjoy in the front and back! The front porch is a great place to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. In the backyard you find a Screened Porch, Outdoor shower, Party Deck, and BBQ!! Its a great place to relax, play some lawn games, and cook up some dinner after a long day at the beach will the kids or pets run around.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay. The house was clean and comfy, we loved all the beach decor. The location was perfect and was just a short drive to restaurants, the beach and shopping. We enjoyed the pool and the owner was always available to answer our questions. We hope to return next year!
