What a beautiful property and the perfect place to host a family gathering! We swam, ate, laughed, visited, fished and loved every minute. It was so accommodating for all different speeds of relaxation and activity especially in a beautiful place in the world. I highly recommend this property for kids and cousins as they had their own space. There were plenty of bathrooms and the central room was key, integrating the outdoor space with the indoor space.

The home and grounds were perfect for relaxation. Everything was onsite for cooking and enjoying the outdoors. The house is perfectly designed and tailored to a family or couples. Watching trout swim by and being able to lounge in the creek were highlights. No nearby houses make you feel truly outdoors. Would highly recommend.

The house was PERFECT! We had a group of ladies for a golf trip and celebrated a couple birthdays too. The house is so spacious that we never got in each other's way. Floating in the river after golf was amazing!The hosts were so good on communication and the house is so stocked with pretty much anything you need. The only thing it could use is a box fan for the bunk room but we just left the door open to keep cool. The views were amazing too! A field of wild turkeys every morning :)We will go back & will possibly make it an annual trip!

A beautiful home, gorgeous, tranquil, river with trout swimming by very relaxing! The host had great communication and had the home stocked with everything you would need quality appliances. TVs in the kitchen had everything! A great place and would stay there again.

The property was beyond excellent, very clean, and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The whole house is wheelchair accessible except the showers - not the fault of owners. Just giving a heads up. If you or loved one is wheelchair bound you will need to make a couple of transfers in the primary shower to get to the shower bench. This worked for us. All entry ways are smooth tranistions for wheelchairs which is amazing. The house and property is absolutely beautiful, roomy, and the rooms are huge! You could have a large family or group of couples and all be very comfortable with plenty of areas to hangout and still have your own space. Honestly I can't recommend this location enough.

This house is new, beautiful and it is perfect for hosting friends and family for fun indoors and outdoors on the river. We loved the privacy, ease of parking and closeness to all the fun places in Mills River and Asheville! The bathrooms were so fun to choose from the rainfall shower and the big tub! The kitchen is nice for entertaining and family meals. Great open space!

My family and I were in town for the Arborfest and only got to enjoy this amazing house for one night. When we arrived, our first thoughts were “WOW!” The house was beautiful, very clean and perfect for our family of seven! Our only complaint for our trip was that it was too short and we didn’t get to enjoy this house longer! We will definitely book again! Thank you to our hosts who answered my one question quickly! You are awesome!

I can’t say enough about this experience. The home and surroundings are stunning. The photos don’t do it justice. The hosts left nothing to be desired. They even had a Fender guitar to pick on. Well done.

Very nice and comfortable place. Had everything you could think of! Kitchen overly stocked. It was great. The river was better than expected. Definitely recommend. I didn’t have children there but can see how amazing it would be for a young family. Host very responsive.

Beautiful home: clean, intentional design with ample space to move around. It allowed our family to partake in separate activities whilst still being “together.” Serene outdoor space. My husband loved the daily turkey sightings across the river, the pup loved the open field to run around, I loved the peacefulness, and we all loved the kitchen space. Although it is next to a road, the property is on a downslope that prevents you from hearing any passing cars. Lots of parking space. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect right by the river with wonderful views of nature. House is large and has very nice bathrooms and kitchen. There were 5 of us and 2 small dogs and we all had a great time.
