Overall i would recommend this place. Good things:Amenities in the building: Pool, hot tub and rec area with the pool table was a nice to have (all this closes at 10)Location: walkable to many restaurants, grocery, Trader joes, and to the marina. Space: Very spacious - the bathrooms are hugeOther things to know:Check-in and out instructions come across very confusing. It was easier than it sounded, and you have to pick up the keys at another location. This is because you need them to get into the parking garage and elevators. I would say this is kind of a bare bones rental - meaning things like kleenex or kitchen items are minimal.What can be improved: Communication from owner regarding things like wifi, check out, etc. Maybe we missed it, but I never saw wifi info. I had to ask about checkout and check in versus it being automatically sent. Carpets in bedrooms were pretty stained

The pictures of buildings in listing is NOT the building you stay in so finding correct building took a minute. Surfaces, counters, and bathrooms were clean but carpets are stained, couch is broken, window screens laying on balcony. Bathrooms were large & bath tubs were wonderful but there aren't many towels, & very small bathmat. We were warned by owner before even arriving that they had many "bad renters" through VRBO in the past, and to be sure to not bother anyone. Kind of felt unwelcoming. Upon arrival, owner wanted us to pay for parking 30 per night per vehicle & stated if we parked near building with out paying we would be towed. He never replied to our question of where near building we could park for free. Luckily we met the security gaurd for the building who kindly helped us with parking. When looking for parking we met quite a few friendly people however one rude woman seemed irritated that the owner had rented out his condo & informed us he was not supposed to do that. Location is fabulous right next to an outdoor shopping mall with great views. Street is quite busy. Hallway outside condo door smelled like garbage because trash chute is near door. Check in & out required us going to the 7-11 down the street to pick up & return keys. Amenities of condo building are wonderful and really made up for any of the other issues we encountered. Pool, hot tub, gym, bbqs, a sand area. On checkout, owner offered 40 for a 5 star review which kind of defeats purpose.
