The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash & dry towels before leaving, if possible. If you are not able to launder the towels before leaving, be sure to hang any wet towels in the bathroom.
Check that all toilets have been flushed.
If you are going to strip the beds & wash the sheets, please leave the folded sheets sitting on the bed.
Please do not make the beds. Please strip or pull back covers on any bed that was slept on.
Turn off the TV.
On departure day, please put the physical key back onto the key holder.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
