The Hillside cottage is located just steps from Road America. It offers one of the few walkable stays to the track while still feeling peaceful and private. The cottage is also perfectly positioned for golf, hiking, lake days, and exploring the charm of Elkhart Lake and the surrounding areas. Enjoy sunrise coffee on the wrap-around deck, evenings by the firepit, and plenty of space to gather, unwind, and make memories.

This is our favorite spot! Perfect for quiet mornings or winding down after a busy day.

Salt, pepper, cooking oil

Guests will have full access to the main level and the loft. We will provide you with a door code to let yourself in.

During the summer months, especially weekends, there will be noise from Road America Racetrack across the street. We are very close to the action and all the excitement happening there.

No Parties.

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and two cameras overlooking both driveways for security purposes. No cameras are located inside or in private outdoor spaces.
