Luxurious and relaxing

Had a wonderful stay here. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was really relaxing and the views from all the decks couldn't be beat. There was some construction nearby but it really didn't affect our experience. Would love to come back.

The place was beautiful and as the pictures show on VRBO. Plenty of space for our family of 10. Our concierge Thomas was super helpful with anything we needed to prepare for and during our vacation (including having our golf carts parked at the home ready for use immediately) he also assisted with setting up in home massage for the girls and I! The only caveat was the construction surrounding the house, however the construction crew paid attention to our peace, not drilling or pounding next to our rooms and would work on that area when we were gone. House keeping was convenient and wonderful at keeping the house fresh, cleaning bedding every other day. The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants. 10 min walk, would suggest golf carts as there is a dirt road to the beach that is not super easy to walk, despite the closeness. Over all a great place to stay!

Great Spot for Family and Sunsets!

We had an amazing time at Brisas Del Mar! We had 8 adults and everything was perfect with room to spare. The view from the pool is incredible and the view from the upper balcony was even better! Bedrooms were big and super clean, kitchen had great appliances, and bathrooms were nice! It's better than the pictures on the web site as everything is brand new. Very close to main part of Tamarindo and easy access to Tamarindo beach and Langosta Beach club (5 min golf cart ride down a slightly bumpy dirt road). Pablo at TLV and the Luxus team did a great job of arranging transportation and excusions in advance for us and were great with follow ups! We had a chef come one night, golf carts rented, groceries bought in advance. All went very well and Pablo did a great job of checking on us during our stay. We had one small maintenance issue and they came by to fix it in less than an hour once Pablo notificed. I recommend TLV finds a combo breakfast cook/maid service as many other places have this at an inexpensive price. Once the neighborhood is finished with the build out, the Tamarindo Park will be awesome with its own pickleball courts, beach club and other amenities (not there yet). We will be back!

This house is amazing. The staff was wonderful and communicated very well. The Chef they hooked us up with was delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
