Spacious 4-bedroom house with WiFi, AC in beautiful Cayey

This newly renovated 2nd story house has it all. Gourmet kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, patio, balcony, spacious areas, among many other amenities. Just 2 blocks away from the central plaza in Cayey and walking distance to all the downtown amenities including "La Casita de La Musica" and the main cathedral. House is a short 30 minute drive to Caguas, Salinas, Guayama and 45 minute drive to SJU airport and Old San Juan.

House is equipped with generator in the event of prolonged power outage in the island.

The house has a handful of bars around that can play loud music on weekends(9-12am), especially during PR festivities. Owners are very receptive to adjusting level as needed

This house is in the middle of one of Cayey's oldest sections. It's walkable to many restaurants, shops and the Plaza which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house is beautiful and modern inside. The beds are comfortable and it has all the appliances you need, including laundry. It's a great place to connect with the culture of Puerto Rico. We sat on the terraces in the evening and enjoyed the sounds of the abundant nightlife and once the nightlife quieted down we enjoyed the sound of the Coquis! My husband (67) grew up on the mainland but his parents grew up in Cayey and shared stories. He still has some memories from when he visited his grand parents as a child. He enjoyed sharing the city with our children (43 & 46). This house was the perfect place for our family to get together. The area, while obviously very old, is kept very clean. It's obvious that the citizens take pride in their city. The hosts were very responsive and check in was very easy. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood.
