About this property
Charming 2-bedroom apartment in wonderful Hancock with WiFi
Spacious, light-filled, private apartment in a quiet Vermont village. Full kitchen, dining, living. One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with single/day bed, futon couch in living room. Private entrance.
NOTE: We have a second, one-bedroom unit in our home .
The space
You will enter via a covered porch - - (up two steps) - - then through an enclosed entry with lots of storage space (skis?). Then you're in the dining/kitchen area which opens onto the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and kitchenware enough for most chefs.
There is a TV in the living room . There is WIFI.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, large closet and dresser.
Bedroom 2 (ACCESSED THROUGH BEDROOM 1- SEE FLOOR PLAN with the PHOTOS) has a daybed/single bed, desk and a bookshelf with lots of books.
The bathroom has a tub/shower.
Guest access
You are invited to visit any of our gardens or porches. Sit, visit, read and take in the Vermont surroundings.
You can park on-site.
Other things to note
Hancock is in the heart of the Green Mountains. About 85% of our town is Green Mountain National Forest, so you are surrounded by outdoor adventure opportunity.
You are 10 minutes from the Middlebury College Snow Bowl, 15 minutes from Middlebury's Rickert Cross Country Ski Area, and about 25 minutes from both Killington and Sugarbush ski areas.
The Bread Loaf Campus of Middlebury College is 15 minutes away.
Camp Killooleet is a five minute walk.
