Luxury Vacation Rental. Great Location to the Beach, Harbor & Shopping

Paraiso (means paradise) is just steps away from the sugar white sand beaches and gorgeous emerald waters of Destin, Florida. We are located within the gated community of Villages of Crystal Beach subdivision, a tropical, family-oriented community of upscale homes, situated 2 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico. Walk the 500 yards to the beach, or hop on the free, seasonal trolley (spring break, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend). We are also located across from Destin Commons, which features over 100 shops and restaurants, movie theater and pop-up water fountains - always popular with the kids.

The pool and spa area is unbelievable, something you'd find in a world class resort. The lagoon style pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clean water, with a walk-in area, three waterfalls, spa and lavish landscaping, and plenty of sitting areas for your group to enjoy. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a Tiki Bar to help you relax and get in the beach groove.

House is completely appointed with everything you'll need while renting! It is nicely furnished and beautifully decorated with all new mattresses, beds, bedding and furniture. Downstairs has bamboo flooring and kitchen and bathrooms all have granite countertops and nice cabinetry.

You will enjoy the two master suites available, the one on the first floor has a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second master is on the second floor, with its own bathroom and shower. The two masters allow for two families to stay comfortably. The two master bedrooms each have king sized bed, one guest room has a queen bed, and access to the covered balcony, and the 4th bedroom has one bunk bed (twin over twin) and a twin size day bed. The 4th bedroom also has its own 32inch LCD TV and DVD player. You will enjoy pillow top mattresses on every bed.

Living room has a brand new 65inch smart LED TV with HULU, Disney+, and ESPN+. Dining room seats 8-10 with 2 bar stools and fully stocked kitchen. Additionally, there is a loft area on the second floor where you will find the second living area with a queen sized sofa bed for additional sleeping. Young and older ones can enjoy 52 inch LCD TV and board games. This home has a full size washer and dryer on the second floor.

Reservations must be made by an adult over the age of 25 with a valid credit card and driver's license, and this adult must be staying in the property. This is a strictly smoke free and pet free home.

The house is marketed accurately. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the grill was clean and had plenty of propane. We had one minor maintenance issue that was repaired in less than 24hrs. Overall this was a great stay at the beach.

There were a lot of college break kids at the pool so we didnt use it.The house is very cloae to numerous restaurants and shopping and activities. Lots of streets to walk on. Shuttle to beach. The litchen was well stocked.

The Property was Nice and Clean. As mentioned in another Article, No backyard behind the Rental. Parking is only for 3 Vehicles in front. Also, No parking allowed in front on Street. It was some other minor details, Ice Maker was not functioning, but was told the Parts were Order and would not be fixed for 2 Weeks. And the Light was out in the Master Bedroom closet. And finally, the Front Room TV downstairs for some reason, stop Working after the 4 Night. Otherwise the Community Pool was Outstanding and Relaxing with its Aminites. Overall, Definitely worth the Price in the Subdivision Rental Area of Crystal Beach ...

Wonderful property in a lovely gated community near the beach! Owners are great and very responsive! Answered all questions and were very helpful! Beds were comfy and kitchen adequately stocked. The swimming pool area is beautiful! The neighborhood is easy walk to Destin Commons shopping complex and other spots. It’s a very nice walk to the beach, unless you’re carrying beach gear, then you will want to use the shuttle. The shuttle service, and driver are great and we never waited more than 2 minutes for pick-up. Should know the public beach access closest to this neighborhood is extremely narrow as it sits between 2 beach-front condos with private beaches. The beach fills up very quickly and is crowded… like get your tent set up by 9 AM crowded … otherwise there is a slightly larger public beach access a couple blocks east… Also only outdoor space for this home is front porch/driveway and front balcony… there is no back/side yard and no outdoor dining option available. So really no privacy… But it’s just how the neighborhood is laid out… We missed this in photos so thought I’d mention. Overall would recommend!

Great Time

Throughly enjoyed our week at the Paraiso House! Close to the beach, great restaurants nearby, large lagoon pool all icing on the cake. House was perfect for our size family. Kids loved the bunk beds, teens loved their private rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook food and even came with beach toys and boogie boards to use at the beach. Definitely recommend and would love to come back next year.

Family getaway

Room for all 9 of us. Enjoyed our time however we did experience a group of rowdy neighbors the last couple of nights. Property pool was perfect for our toddlers with zero entry. A short distance to the beach and many things to do near the home.

Everything about the property was perfect for spring break with 17 year old girls. They were close to the beach and other friends in town, but had the safety of a heated pool in a gated community. Host was amazing and accommodating with every question and request. Trolley to the beach was available upon calling but the walk to the beach was quick and easy

Blended family vacation

Your house was perfect for our 2 families to enjoy spring break! The house was very clean, there was space for all of us to have down time if we needed. Great place to stay!

Good location in a gated community - felt safe. Fun for a bachlorette party or taking the family for a getaway. Plenty to do and see in the area. Bars are on the complete other side of the Destin strip - so a good 10 - 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Very close to Whole Foods and Publix. You will need to bring your own pool towels, extra paper towels and toilet paper - limited supply there. Call Nick at Elite Transportation 850-706-5758 for shuttle/Uber service in the area. He was very accommodating and trustworthy.
