Our family was in town for the weekend. This was a great home with plenty of space, very clean home, and close to alot of shopping and attractions. The hot was a very nice bonus. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Pro: Bathrooms are renovated and clean, kitchen and floors clean. New washer and dryer. Good yard. Con: The walls in the rest of house were really disgustingly dirty. All doors had scribble and writing on them and one bedroom door had no door knob, just a hole. Two rooms had broken side tables next to bed, two rooms had just a bed. We had to put our belongings on the floor next to the bed. No bedside lighting. We rented for a week, slept there two nights only and we purchased pillows and duvets and used our own sheets. No lamps in the entire house except ceiling lamps. No sofa table, No real kitchen utensils. Three plastic plates and the rest paper plates. No microwave and no coffeemaker (an espresso maker was available) no hairdryers. New laundry and dryer came in handy as we bought our own sheets and towels. Four different colored thin bath towels were in the house for all of us to use, no hand towels were available. If the owners would clean or paint the walls, fix holes, have some lamps in the house and furniture enough for a normal stay (bedside tables and sofa table) and maybe buy a kitchen starter set (easily done at Target or Ikea) to make sure renters can make/eat meals.Gas was out the first 24 hours, they fixed that and reimbursed us for the first night. The place can be a good location if owners paint, do minimum repairs, furnish and add items that are a must when you rent a property. Rentals are needed in the area so potential there.
I will give the benefit of the doubt here but the host cancelled my reservation 12hrs before our check in and didn’t offer a solution - their AC was down. I was left to scramble as everything was booked by then. I know things happen and Fair warning - get the vrbo insurance if you’re booking this property. Host was communicative and unfortunately we were the unlucky ones. Hope it doesn’t happen again.

This review can’t be trusted if they disliked a property’s cleanliness without having access to the property.
Andres received an apology and full refund. Power outages and property damage happen unexpectedly. The house has been fully repaired and feels very cool during the summertime.
property was not in the condition as advertized and no living room furniture, no television and terrible beds

Jeff arrived during a bad storm which delayed delivery of a brand new couch. He booked a last minute reservation and I even asked if we could make the delivery during severe tornado warnings upon arrival. He declined and left. The beds are also brand new with memory foam. That last comment was petty.
