Close to Amador and Lodi Wineries, Day trip to Yosemite, Tahoe or San Francisco. Ski at Kirkwood in the morning and be home in time to bbq by the pool
Three Leonbergers are the hit of our ranch. Baby Riptide, Uncle Carter and Our own Westminster Dog Show winner for her breed, Georgia love our guests and they are the hit of the stay!
Private driveway that iss gated for security and privacy
April and May are the most beautiful months with roses galore blooming everywhere. June, July, August and September are know for the large salt water pool with beach entry and acapulco deck for lounging.

We have lived here for a long time and we love opening up our cottage for those that need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We ahve the perfect spot for those flying in to see family, to work, to wine taste or if you are attending a wedding. Most of guests come for the peace and quiet. Some remote work, some come to study, some come to write others come for quality time together.
We are proud we have built a property that is beautiful and we want to share it with others..

Why they chose this property
Super quiet, country life. Close to Lodi or Sutter Creek. Not to far to Murphys. We live in a sought after neighborhood and we have wonderful neighbors.
Enjoy, country roads, grapes, cherry trees, walnut trees, almond trees, horse ranches and vineyards. Close to the Clements Buckaroos Horse facility.

What makes this property unique
20 acres with a beautiful large salt water pool, our cottage is quietly located away from our house with its own private deck and outdoor bathtub. Gas BBq. Everyone loves our dogs, the sunsets, the mornings and of course the thousands of birds that live here.
