The location and check-in were great. However, there were dirty sheets on the beds and the downstairs rooms were in need of vacuuming. I reached out about the sheets and was told new ones would be brought. They were brought…and just thrown in each bed, still in the bag from the store. There was never any follow-up from the host after that. The final straw was finding cockroaches in the house, including one in a bed. We ended up checking out after one night (of a scheduled 3 night stay). Definitely bummed as we’ve never had an issue with any VRBO that we’ve stayed at.
