Inside, you'll find a newly updated kitchen that's both stylish and functional. Outfitted with modern appliances, pristine cabinetry, and breathtaking blue quartz countertops, it's the perfect space to prepare fresh seafood or enjoy a relaxed breakfast before starting your day. The entire cottage features cathedral ceilings, giving it an airy, open feel that enhances the natural light and ocean views.

The living and dining area is comfortably designed with coastal charm and convenience in mind. A flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace make this the perfect spot to unwind after a day outdoors, whether you're watching the tide roll in or cozying up on a cool Maine evening. The main floor bedroom, tucked just off the living space, features a full-size bed and a private entrance to the home's full bathroom. This stand-up shower bath can also be accessed from the main living area, offering ease and flexibility.
