We enjoyed our stay very much in this perfectly located home. Everything was walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the farmers market. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There was a beautiful garden which you can enjoy sitting the deck with chairs and loungers as well as a bbq grill to just relax outside.

No vehicle parking on property. TV had limited reception. Access through entrance gate very difficult especially for handicapped. Resident in apartment above noisy. Otherwise very nicely appointed and comfortable rental. Perfect for younger couple (we are in our eighties) who want to be central to Arcata.
