Whether you’re a short trip from the party scene, the Opry, museums, the delicious food and drinks devoured at the many restaurants or visiting the universities and/or family, this second story apartment sits on the east side of Nashville. East Nashville has restaurants, bars and live music which caters to the local population. In essence you’ll be well entertained, well fed and may learn about how the Southern Charm became a staple of the locals while resting in this peaceful space.
Please note the following:

1. Quiet hours are after 10pm to 8am. This is a city/State ordinance.
2. Please be respectful and clean up any mess caused by any member of your party.
3. The area is not 100% fenced in so pet owners should walk their dogs using a lead.
4. Please pick up pet waste and dispose in the exterior trash can.

Very cute in-law suite style house. The host was very helpful and responsive through the entire stay. Parking was adequate and the neighborhood was quiet and not far from the venue we were going to. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bathroom was very nice too. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Nashville
