Welcome to this modern studio in the vibrant Oakland neighborhood, conveniently located near Piedmont Avenue. This unit boasts a full kitchen equipped with premium appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, and includes one dedicated parking space. Experience urban living at its finest in this sleek and stylish studio.

The studio has a modern bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, a spacious bedroom with a seating area including an outdoor patio. There is a full size washer and dryer and plenty of closet space in the unit. The kitchen has a 2 burner stove, sink, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Also a microwave and toaster oven. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a business trip.

There is free wifi and a desk workspace. The Smart TV lets you watch TV using Apps (no cable). There is central heat and air conditioning. There is also a nice patio attached to the studio with a table and chairs where you can have a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The house has radiant flooring so it can be heated during the chilly months.

For bookings longer than 30 nights guests are required to sign a lease separate from Airbnb.

Guests have access to the entire space and no spaces are shared with the main house. You have your own private entrance and there is one parking space available.

I will not be available but I will have someone available to you 24 hours a day in case of emergency or for any questions or concerns.

The Piedmont area of Oakland has a walk score of 98. Piedmont Ave is 1 block from the studio with restaurants, the Piedmont Theatre, and Fentons Creamery which can`t be missed.

The MacArthur Bart Station is less than 1 mile from the studio. The AC transit bus line is on Broadway which is 1 block walking distance.

There is no smoking of any kind allowed in or around the house. If the unit smells of smoke you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
- No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
- Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 8am
- No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
- Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- No pets without our knowledge
- Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
- Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
- Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, SF has small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
- On check-out, if property has a key, return it to the lockbox. There is a fee for misplaced keys, or for keys left in the unit.
- During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $200, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills. Be like a San Franciscan! :)
