Condo was very quiet with easy access…no stairs and plenty of parking. Close enough to Hot Springs for easy access but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of Lake Hamilton.

We enjoy coming to Hot Springs. This condo has a nice view of the lake and the convenient location made it nice to get to the areas of interest. Would consider staying here again.

The condo was absolutely wonderful. The place was very clean and nicely decorated, and the recliners were a major bonus! The views were lovely. Chris was a great host, with good communication. Being able to bring our fur baby made this stay perfect.

The ice maker is fantastic! The view and location were awesome. It’s within walking distance to a great restaurant on the water. We had an appliance go out and Chris was prepared and had it under contract for quick replacement. Things are going to happen and it was great that this property owner was prepared and took care of us for any inconvenience.

We stayed in this unit for 2 months while out home was being repaired from a flood. Chris was very responsive to our needs and allowed us to check in early due to a deadline to be out of our previous condo. He also worked with us on several extensions. The condo was comfortable and roomy for a 2BR/2BA. Spacious living area and NO STEPS. Lake views are even better than the picture shows. We spent a lot of time on the patio. Unit is older but updated. There are a few minor cosmetic updates still to be done (light switches and outlets. Complex location is 2nd to none. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pool and pickleball court is just across the driveway.

Exactly as described! Easy parking right at door. Pool right in front/outside the entry door! Nice pool, great lake view from living room and bedroom! Excellent communication and Chris came over right away with new A/C filter AND a portable a/c fan when the air was not cooling within a couple of hours...the portable one was perfect and the condo a/c started cooling very soon with new filter! Condo very well stocked with all needed in kitchen, bathrooms and extra blankets/pillows. We would stay again!

Our host, Chris was great! He was courteous and all our communication was in a timely and professional manner. The lake view was nice. The ice maker that made nugget / Sonic ice was a plus ! The property overall was a little outdated, but clean and suited our lake-life needs. Definitely better than camping or glamping with the mosquities and varmits ! We enjoyed our stay.
