Home is a bit tired. Towels were old and some had holes in them. Master bathroom needed a bathmat. There was a clump of long black hair on the wall of guest bathroom shower that cleaning people overlooked. Otherwise, house was clean. We put a glass over a large cockroach/palmetto bug in master bedroom.

The property had a wonderful pool, the weather great, and the grounds were neat and well cared for. The house was clean. A few things I noticed that would take the property from OK to Great would be to provide beach towels. There were only eight bath towels in the house and no beach/pool towels. I ended up doing a lot of laundry. Additionally, it would have been nice to have more than two beach chairs. My primary complaint is that the host did not respond to multiple messages that I sent. Moreover, we were not given the access code to the property until fifteen minutes before check-in. The day after we arrived, I received a call from the property manager asking if we needed anything. I asked for beach towels and two more beach chairs. She assured me that they would be delivered. They were not. The house was lacking in terms of things a renter would need, and it did not feel as if they cared about our experience.
