Luxury House 5 rooms beautiful area quiet+safe
ATTN: for february 2026 we prefer renting to people that will stay a min of 2 months
mid jan to mid march or feb and march we had tons of demands for february
15 minutes to the beach 5 rooms / 5 bathrooms : Master bedroom has king size bed, 3 other bedrooms have queen size bed and one room has no bed . 4 bathrooms upstairs ( master bedroom has 2 bathrooms) and 1 downstairs , fully furnished /air conditioned /unlimited 130MB free high speed wireless internet access is provided/ cable TV with many premium channels / computer / laundry room

Ring door bell camera installed on the entrance and 1 outdoor camera overlooking the drive way
Has community pool and gym Gated Security access to the community.
