The property was very beautiful and quiet! Its a perfect getaway from city life, and you’re also not to far away from Bandera if you wanted to go to some restaurant or shops!

we loved our stay. it’s very quiet but you can be in Kerrville in like 15 minutes or Bandera in maybe 20-25. we hit HEB and James Avery and stayed put the rest of the time. it’s exactly as peaceful as we were looking for.

Why they chose this property

I recall riding by this property back in 2002 the first time. I had stopped for a break just across from the gate. Looking at the hills on both sides of the road I thought, I’ll bet the views at the top of these two hills are amazing. Some 12 years later I came riding by once again. And the sign read
For Sale. Yes the views are Amazing…

What makes this property unique

A setting can truly calm and provide peace for the soul. That is what Walnut Grove does. There are many details of the property that will touch one’s inner being. One in particular is dark sky at night. The Milky Way and all the millions of stars looking down on us. Wow…
