We waited for our new home to close escrow in this lovely property. Parking was easy, it’s a nice quiet location but not far from notable LA spots.

This place was perfect! The interior looked exactly like the photos, and the host was friendly and communicated clearly throughout my stay. The only downside was parking for visiting guests; while street parking is available, the walk up the hill to reach the property can be a bit challenging. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

From the very start when I was looking for a place to stay, Lusine answered every question with minimal delay, which highly influenced my choice. And I’m so glad I chose it because our stay was wonderful for me, my husband, and my mother. Not only was it impeccably clean, she provided a special request I had for a type of chair for my mother, and everything else was as described. And a wonderful porch view! We already miss it! Would definitely stay there again!

The host was VERY welcoming and easy to communicate with. She even offered us an umbrella because it was oddly rainy :). The place was beautifully done. Very comfortable, stylish and clean. Bathrooms, bedrooms all very modern. The kitchen and coffee maker were AMAZING! With unexpected rain we spent more time indoors than planned, very happy with our stay. Only issue was that there were some ants around. For the owners defense, we did find ant traps all around so they’re aware and taking care of it. Just had some pests during the stay. Otherwise great!
