With 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, plus day-beds, this home sleeps 6, and offers perfect indoor/outdoor living with wrap-around deck, outdoor shower, BBQ, lounge chairs and dining, plus ceiling fans and a fireplace in the living room for cozy nights. Just a 15 minute water taxi from dancing, dining, and shopping in Fire Island Pines.
Available monthly or full season Memorial Day through September: $8,000 for Memorial Day - June 30; $14,000 for July or August; $8,000 for September; $40,000 for the whole season.
Water Island is a warm, welcoming and diverse multi-generational community of only 50 homes. Neighbors gather each night at the dock for sunset cocktails and conversation.
No cars. Daily Sayville Ferry service available for you, your guests, and deliveries.
